We have a PolyCom VSX 7000 which allows up to 3 sessions simultaneously. If you would like to use this service you must;

1. secure the room through Steve West dsw3d@virginia.edu.
2. Have the IP address of the recipient(s) who has compatible equipment.
3. the e-mail and phone of all technicians (that you will be connecting with) in charge of V.C. equipment
4. Have a test session before the even to be certain every thing works.
